Help for Teachers
Tutpup teacher accounts aim to provide teachers with tools to easily manage their classes and monitor the progress of their students.
Signup
- When you signup as a teacher we ask for details of your school and a class code.
- When students signup they enter a class code and become part of that class on tutpup. Students with existing accounts can enter a class code on their profile page.
- Students who signup with a class code are automatically approved. No further parental approval is required.
Classes
- Teachers can create and manage multiple classes on tutpup.
- Classes can be locked and unlocked. No further students may join a locked class.
- Each class has its own Hall of Fame. Only the teacher and students in the class can view this Hall of Fame.
Students
- A teacher can enter students real names. These names can only be seen by the teacher and will never be visible to any other users.
- Students can be moved from one class to another or be removed from a class altogether.
- If a student forgets their password the teacher can re-set it.
